Here are a couple of good articles that Man::Under::Stress found. This one is on those false encores that are practically at every concert. This is actually something I have thought about many times before, the article sums it up nicely.
The other is Confessions of a Cultural Elitist. This one is a riot, I think he embellishes a little but there are some shreds of truth there.
